Event Hall

The events can last 6 to 8 hours (depending on the type of activity), and we provide security.

Also includes basic maintenance services before, during, and after the event and items such as toilet paper, soap, gas for the stove, and garbage bags for the trash cans in the bathrooms and outside.

Time to set up decorations is allowed the day before the event, as long as there is no other event scheduled for that day. Otherwise, setup must take place on the morning of the event.

It includes one hour after the event to dismount everything. If dismounting takes more than one and a half hours, there will be a charge of $200.

Weddings include the use of an elegant pavilion, beautifully built in marble, in the open air, covered by a 40’ x 60’ tent facing the lake and with artificial grass surrounded by plants and flowers, including lighting and electrical installations.

Lake and Forest

It features a beautiful lake that is 300 feet long and 80 feet wide.

It has a small boat ideal for taking photos and videos for the activity.

The forest has a wide variety of trees, ideal for photos and videos.

When you book an event in the Event Hall, you are welcome to schedule a time to do a photo shoot on the premises, with your photographer, without any extra charge.
Pool

It has a large and elegant pool with a slide, spa, and jacuzzi.

Ideal for day activities, birthdays, family gatherings, work events, etc.

When booking an event that includes the swimming pool, a lifeguard fee of $200 is mandatory.
Photoshoot Space

$250 for two hours and $100 for each additional hour (This service is included for clients who rent the Event Hall).

We do not provide photography services, but we can recommend excellent photographers.
