You can decorate the day before the event if no other events are scheduled. Otherwise, decorations can be set up on the event day starting at 7:00 AM. You will have one hour after the event to take down decorations. Exceeding this time will incur a $200 hourly fee, prorated.

Maintenance services include:

• Cleaning the Event Hall before the event.

• Providing chairs and tables (if rented from us).

• Basic maintenance during and after the event, such as assisting with parking, resolving plumbing issues, and replenishing items like toilet paper, soap, and trash bags.

Yes, we offer a licensed lifeguard for $200 for 4 hours.

Yes, you may use the pool after ALL guests have left. Only individuals in proper swimwear are allowed in the pool. There will be no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.

When making a reservation, the system automatically adds a security guard, assuming that you do not yet know the final number of guests. The number of chairs at your event will determine how many security guards are required. The final cost of security guards will be based on the expected number of guests at your event. The security guard rates can be found in both the contract and on our website. The rates are as follows:

• $175 for one security guard for up to 100 guests

• $350 for two security guards for 101 to 200 guests

Throwing confetti or rice is not permitted at any time during the wedding. As for petals, they are allowed under the condition that the wedding organizers ensure they are completely picked up. If more than two petals are left on the property, $50 will be deducted from the deposit as an additional cleaning fee.

No, Hacienda El Lago is a cash-free establishment.

Fireworks of any kind are not permitted unless authorized by management at least one week before the event. Approval is contingent upon the submission of the certificate or license of the person authorized to handle such materials. The designated location within the Hacienda for launching fireworks must be coordinated in advance with the security team. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the forfeiture of the Event Hall deposit.
